Flute Master Class, and Concert

A special offer for any high school aged student that might be interested in observing the upcoming afternoon master classes with British flautist, Jonathan Snowden.

 He is former principal flute (guest or appointed) with all the major London Orchestras, has played in over 100 movie soundtracks, and is currently Professor of Flute at Shenandoah Conservatory. The summer course is happening next week (July 29-August 02) in the Sanctuary of Old Presbyterian Meeting House (321 S. Fairfax St. Alexandria, VA 22314). The afternoon sessions run approximately 1:30-4PM. Anyone who is interested please contact Rebecca Collaros ahead of time so she can be aware that they are planning to attend.

The evening recital is at 7PM on 07/31/13 at the same location. All ages are welcome. $20/person at the door. CDs will be available for purchase, and he is happy to sign them as well.
