Musical Instruments in Paintings – a guided tour at the National Gallery by our own Nora Hamerman!

Nora Hamerman has an MA from New York University Institute of Fine Arts. She studied Renaissance and Baroque art in Italy for three years first as a Fulbright scholar and later as a graduate Fellow of the National Gallery of Art. She also interned at the Metropolitan Museum in New York. She formerly taught art history at the university of Virginia and currently lectures in the OSHER lifelong learning program at the Johns Hopkins University campus in Rockville MD.
